Connor Lane, a lifelong Minnesotan, is a queer, disabled writer and performer. They were a writer for Minnesota Tonight at Brave New Workshop and received a 2022 Creative Support for Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board for their play, "Darlin'." Connor brings experience in access and process-making.

From New York City, Daisuke Kawachi, a queer and Hapa theater artist based in the Twin Cities, contributes directorial expertise with a portfolio including the Guthrie, Steppingstone Theater, and Theater Mu. He brings important experience in strategy and relationship-building

Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Ricardo Beaird, a queer and Black theater artist, nurtures artistic collaborations across Minnesota, working with Pangea World Theatre, Ten Thousand Things Theatre, and Red Eye Theatre. They were part of the curation team for the 2021 & 2022 Northern Spark Arts Festival. Ricardo brings experience in collective ideation and facilitation.

Megan Burns, a South Carolina native based in London, is an actor, writer, stand-up comic, and Voice Coach with experience at the Guthrie Theater, Mixed Blood Theater, and the Jungle Theater. She brings experience in playwriting and adaptability.
